  Welcome to this week’s blog - as always, thanks for having a read. This week Val had Chichester District Council’s Development Planning and Infrastructure Panel on Wednesday. On Tuesday I Chaired Selsey Town Council’s Personnel Committee and was joined by Donna and Ian. Our main focus was considering the future staffing needs of the Council. A Full-time admin job will be advertised soon, and a part-time one that can be fitted in during the school day. On Wednesday I had a One to One with Selsey’s Town Clerk then Ali, Ian, Val and Mick had Selsey Town Council’s Planning Committee. Next week, Donna and Val have Chichester District Council’s Planning Committee on Wednesday, while Ian and I have our fortnightly Management Meeting with Selsey Town Council’s Senior Officers on Thursday.   Welcome to this week’s blog - as always, thanks for having a read. We also wish to thank all those of you who came to Selsey’s Town Meeting on Tuesday in the Selsey Centre, and to those of you who thanked us for our continued endeavours. The next day, when Officers collated numbers, they learnt there had been a record attendance. On Wednesday the whole team had Full Selsey Town Council which included releasing funding from reserves for Selsey’s VE80 and Remembrance Day commemorations and updates on major projects which include Manor Green as Selsey Town Council shared on social media: - “ We’re thrilled to share that Manor Green Park—just behind the Selsey Centre—is set for a much-needed transformation in 2025!  For too long, this green space has been underused, with outdated play equipment and seasonal flooding holding it back.   Welcome to this week’s blog - thanks for having a read. Last week Donna and Val had Chichester District Council’s Planning Committee on Wednesday. I met separately with Selsey’s Town Clerk and the CEO of Chichester District Council, before joining Ali, Mike, Donna, and Ian for an informal Meeting of Selsey Town Council’s Finance & Administration Group. Next week it is Selsey’s Town Meeting on Tuesday in the Selsey Centre from 6.30pm. On Wednesday the whole team has the next Full Selsey Town Council. On Thursday Donna has Chichester District Council’s Grants & Concessions Panel and Ian and I have our fortnightly Meeting with Selsey Town Council's Senior Team. On Friday Donna has the next Full West Sussex County Council, which will include a discussion on the next steps for local government reorganisation.   Welcome to this week’s blog - thanks for having a read. Last Sunday, Mick presented the first Local Alliance Scooter trophy at the Selsey Scooter Club’s first event of 2035. On Tuesday Donna and Steve had CDC’s Overview & Scrutiny Committee, with Donna in the Chair. On Wednesday Donna had WSCC’s Health & Adult Social Care Committee in the morning while Val had CDC’s Licensing Committee. We all joined them at STC at 7pm for a single item Extraordinary Full Council before Ian, Andrew, Mick, Val, Ali and Gareth had STC’s Planning Committee. Next week Donna and Val have CDC’s Planning Committee on Wednesday. That evening, Ali, Mike, Donna, Ian, Andrew and I will be at STC for a Meeting of the Finance & Administration Group.
